Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Please note that it will take a few days for payments by check or money order to reach us and be processed. Order shipment will be delayed until funds have cleared. Orders paid for with eChecks are also delayed a few days, usually about four days.
Local order are delivered by us or by UPS. When using UPS, a tracking number will be given by email on the day the goods are shipped. You can track your package using the UPS site at: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_CA
You can choose among the UPS service levels available to your area. However, it is important to note that the delivery delays posted by UPS start from the moment they take charge of the package, not the moment the order was placed. If you live in the Montreal region, you can have the item installed by a qualified technician at the time of delivery. The installation fee is included with the shipping charges. This fee varies depending on the destination address and the complexity of the installation procedure.

You can choose to gift-wrap your package for a small fee of $2 CAD.
International orders are shipped using one of three UPS services: Expedited, Express or standard. Not all services are available to all parts of the world. Depending on the chosen destination, only the available shipping services are shown.
For international orders, prices quoted are FOB Montreal CANADA. Import duties and any taxes of the destination country are at your charge. They are not included in our shipping and handling charges.

We use UPS to deliver your order. UPS provides Insurance against loss or damage, free of charge, for the value of a shipment, up to 100 Canadian Dollars. We insure all shipments, at the cost of $0.65 per additional $100 CAD, as set by UPS. The insurance fee is included with the shipping and handling charge. We do not offer the option not to insure.

Goods in new condition come with a one year warranty. The manufacturer's warranty might be longer on some items. Other warranty conditions are as set by the product manufacturer.
Recycled goods come with a 30-day warranty unless noted otherwise.
We do not give any warranty on software and the warranty on hardware does not include any software reinstallation.
LCD Monitor manufacturers limit the warranty on this kind of display with regard to the presence of blind pixels. A display with 8 or less blind pixels is not considered defective. and hence can not be returned for warranty repair. A blind pixel is pixel that does not change color when turned on or off..
Given the diversity of hardware and software, we do not guarantee the compatibility of our products with any hardware or software.
Unless indicated otherwise in an item description, its standard warranty can be extended by one or two years at the cost of 10% per year for new products and 20% per year for used products. To extend the warranty of an item, use the warranty list at the top right of the screen BEFORE clicking on the "Buy" button. Prices are automatically adjusted to include the extended warranty.

We are not responsible for any lost data - Backup your files before returning to us any system for repair.
All Products returned under warranty must be authorized by our technical department . Our technical staff will diagnose the problem and, if repair is needed, issue an RMA number. The defective item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and, whenever possible, in the original packaging. Please show the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Repair of items bought in new condition is subject to the manufacturer or supplier turnaround time, which is usually between 1 and 8 weeks. For shorter turnaround times, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly.
Defective products returned under warranty may be repaired or replaced or the purchase amount credited, at our sole discretion. Please note that the replacement option is usually available only during the first month after the purchase and only if the item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories.
