We take no responsibility in case of data loss during our interventions. Data loss is a non-negligeable risk for many reasons such as hardware failure, Software bugs, and computer viruses.The only way to eliminate this risk is by making frequent backups of all documents worth keeping.

If your order is affected by such changes, you will be contacted to confirm or cancel it. If you cancel your order your will be reimbursed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Online paypal payments can be made in any of the following currencies: The Canadian Dollar (CAD), the US Dollar (USD), the Euro (EUR), the British Pound (GBP) or the Japanese Yen (JPY). For other payments, please use the Canadian Dollar.

The displayed exchange rates are updated daily. However they are given as an estimate only since the rates used by Paypal may be different. We use the rates published by RBC Royal Bank at:

  We use UPS to deliver your order. UPS provides  Insurance against loss or damage, free of charge, for the value of a shipment, up to 100 Canadian Dollars. We insure all shipments, at the cost of $0.65 per additional $100 CAD, as set by UPS. The insurance fee is included with the shipping and handling charge. We do not offer the option not to insure.
