Yes, when the items are on the same order. You save on the handling charge which is applied only once. If the items are on different orders, please let us know. We will group the items if none has been processed yet.
Your system allows me to choose different shipping services in the same order. How come? Top Of Page
This behaviour is by design. We did not feel the need to invest more in the web site design. Orders are checked and we will get in touch with you if we find any inconsistency. Try to avoid this issue as it delays processing of your order. If you decide to change the shipping service, empty the shopping cart and re-enter your order.

Sorry, but the answer is no. You need to empty the shopping cart and select your items again. The extended warranty fee is included in the item price and we have no way of modifying the price of items already in the shopping cart.
How do you calculate shipping and handling charges? Top Of Page
Based on the service you choose, your destination and the estimated weight of the package, we use UPS rates to calculate the shipping charge. We add a handling fee of $3.00 CAD for local orders and $5.00 CAD for international orders. When buying more than one of the same item, you are charged 100% of the item shipping cost on the first item and 50% of the shipping cost on each of the remaining identical items.
An Item valued more than 100$ incurs an insurance fee of $0.65 CAD per $100 CAD or fraction of, for the part of the value above $100 CAD. For example an item valued 225$ is insured for 1.30$.
If you specify gift-wrapping, its cost is $2.00 CAD per order - not by item -.
How do you calculate charges for home delivery with onsite installation? Top Of Page
This service is available only in the Montreal CANADA region. We charge a travel/delivery fee of 20 to 30$ depending on your location and charge an installation fee dependant on the complexity of the installation. For example, 30$ to install and format a second hard drive, 5$ to install extra memory, 60$ to reinstall the Windows XP operating system (We backup your files, install, configure internet and email, restore your personal files).
These fees are shown on the Paypal screen under "Shipping and Handling". The prices above are in Canadian dollars.

Logimedia inc is a company incorporated in the province of Quebec, Canada. We are registered to collect GST (#141110395) and QST (#1018620339). Based on your destination, we collect:
In Quebec: 13.925% (5% of value for GST and 8.5% of (value+GST) for QST)
In the rest of Canada: 5% of value for GST
There are no tax charges for international orders.
Note : For the sales taxes to be correct, the choice of the postal code on our web site must correspond to the postal code of the delivery address chosen with Paypal. If that is not the case, your order will be delayed until this issue is clarified.

Yes. The insurance fee is included with the Shipping & Handling charge. Please see the sales terms page under "Insurance" for more details. We do not offer the option of not insuring..
I ordered the same item twice. In the shopping cart, I see two entries instead of one. Why? Top Of Page
If any of the fields is modified, the system takes the second order as a new one. The system keeps track of the time an order is placed, so that if too much time elapses between the two clicks, they will be considered different.
To correct this:
remove one of the two entries from the shopping cart by clicking on the "Remove" check mark,
manually modify the other entry quantity to 2,
click on the "Update Cart" button.
Note: You should always correct cases like this as you will save on shipping.
Can I extend the warranty more than 2 years? Top Of Page
No. For any longer period, we prefer to sign support and service contracts. For now, we offer this option to our local customers only.
Can you explain how does the search work? Top Of Page
Our search engine looks for the EXACT phrase you enter. It does the search within the item description only. It does not search the pages accessible through hyperlinks.
If you choose the menu to select a category, the keyword search is limited to products within the selected category. To search again in the full database, click on "Init" to remove the category selection.
